Privacy policy
This document explains how the editorial team of the review resource favbetgame.com.ua (hereinafter — the Resource) handles the information it receives from visitors. It has been drawn up with reference to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Personal Data» and to the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from jurisdictions covered by that regulation. By continuing to use the Resource, you agree to the rules described below.
What information we collect
Depending on the nature of your interaction with the Resource, four categories of data may be recorded:
- Hardware and software context — IP address, device model, browser and OS version, language settings, display resolution, time zone.
- Session data — pages viewed, the order of clicks, visit duration, referral URL, timestamps.
- Contact details — the name, e-mail and message text you enter voluntarily in the feedback form.
- Cookie markers — session identifiers, markers of analytics and affiliate platforms, personalisation settings.
Why we do this
Each category is tied to a specific purpose:
- Technical operation — load monitoring, diagnosing and fixing faults, optimising performance.
- Product analytics — studying behaviour patterns in order to improve navigation, set content priorities and adapt the interface.
- Communication — receiving, logging and handling enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Cyber security — detecting and blocking bot traffic, spam, brute-force attempts and other threats.
- Regulatory compliance — meeting statutory requirements and responding to requests from authorised bodies.
The legal basis
Processing takes place where at least one of the following grounds exists: the visitor’s consent, expressed by the fact of using the Resource or completing the contact form; the Editorial Team’s legitimate interest in ensuring the stable, secure and effective operation of the project; the need to fulfil legal obligations laid down by applicable law.
Cookies
The Resource uses three categories of cookie:
- Operational — these provide basic functionality: they maintain the session, store language preferences and prevent duplicate form submissions. Without them part of the Resource’s capabilities will be unavailable.
- Analytical — these collect anonymised data about traffic in order to assess content effectiveness and detect technical problems. They may use third-party tools, in particular Google Analytics.
- Commercial — these record clicks on affiliate links and make it possible to assess the effectiveness of partner interaction with operators.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them fully or partially may affect the correct operation of individual elements of the Resource.
When data may be disclosed
The Editorial Team does not sell personal data and does not grant commercial access to it. Limited disclosure is permitted in three cases only:
- Engaging contractors — hosting providers, analytics platforms — which process data on behalf of the Editorial Team under contracts containing confidentiality obligations.
- Complying with orders of law enforcement, judicial or regulatory bodies in the manner laid down by law.
- Protecting the rights, property or safety of the Editorial Team or third parties where a dispute or threat exists.
Storage and protection
Data is stored for as long as is required to achieve the stated purposes or for as long as the law provides. Protective measures include: TLS encryption of traffic, role-based access separation, systematic updating of server software, automated backups and periodic information security audits. At the same time the Editorial Team states plainly that absolute security in the electronic storage and transmission of data is technically unattainable.
Your rights
Applicable law guarantees you the following rights:
- To request information about the data being processed and the purposes of processing.
- To demand the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
- To demand the deletion of data where lawful grounds exist.
- To withdraw consent to processing given earlier.
- To lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent body.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request through the Resource’s contact form. The response period is up to thirty calendar days.
Updates to the document
The Editorial Team may revise this policy as the project develops or the legal environment changes. The version in force is always posted on the relevant page of the Resource. Continued use of the Resource after an updated version is published means acceptance of the changes made.
